為確保孩子度過一個安全、快樂而有意義的假期，根據合肥市教育局要求，結合學校工作實際，現將我校寒假具體安排及溫馨提示告知如下：

In order to let your children spend a safe, civilised, peaceful, enjoyable and meaningful holiday, according to the requirements of the Hefei Education Bureau, combined with the actual work of the school, we are now informing you of the specific arrangements for the winter holidays of our school and the warm tips as follows:

寒假安全貼士

一、防凍、防滑、防溺水

Anti-freezing, anti-slip, and anti-drowning

1. 注意防寒保暖，預防凍傷。冬季天氣寒冷，家長要提醒并監督孩子適時增添衣服、穿好棉衣褲、棉鞋，戴好手套、帽子、圍巾，防止凍壞身體、凍傷手腳，防止感冒。

1. 寒假期間，家長可能會帶孩子遠行，駕車出行時應自覺遵守交通規則，拒絕無證駕駛、酒后駕駛、超員超速駕駛等違法行為。且兒童乘車時，家長要注意根據孩子年齡和身高正確選擇并使用兒童安全座椅，或系好安全帶。

During the winter vacation, parents may take their children on long trips. When driving, they should consciously abide by traffic rules and refuse illegal behaviors such as driving without a license, drunk driving, and driving with excess passengers or exceeding the speed limit. 2. 在雨霧、冰雪等惡劣天氣出行時，請降低車速，保持車距，謹慎行駛，做到起步緩、轉彎緩、制動緩、心態緩。

7. 在高速公路行駛時，駕駛人要自覺遵守高速公路通行規則，文明安全駕駛，請勿隨意變道。遇事故時沉著冷靜，正確處理：車靠邊、人撤離、即報警。

When driving on the highway, drivers should consciously abide by the highway traffic rules, drive civilly and safely, and refrain from changing lanes arbitrarily. In case of an accident, remain calm and handle it correctly: pull over, evacuate, and call the police immediately.

三、冬季傳染病預防

Prevention of Winter Infectious Diseases

1. 家長要教育孩子養成良好的衛生習慣：餐前便后要洗手;打噴嚏、咳嗽和清潔鼻子要用紙巾掩蓋;用過的紙巾不要隨地亂扔、不隨地吐痰;避免與他人共用水杯、餐具、毛巾等物品。

2. 注意室內通風，盡量少帶孩子到人群密集、通風不良的公共場所，必要時戴好口罩。

5. 傳染病高發期，請家長及時帶孩子接種疫苗，建立防疫屏障。

四、消防安全 Fire Safety

1. 燃放煙花爆竹要在允許燃放的區域和時段燃放，嚴禁在室內、草坪、樹林等區域燃放，不得讓孩子在無人監管的狀態下燃放煙花爆竹;也不得將點燃的鞭炮扔到化糞池、污水井、窖井池等危險地方。

Fireworks and firecrackers should only be set off in designated areas and during designated times. It is strictly prohibited to set them off indoors, on lawns, in forests, or in other such areas. Children should not be allowed to set off fireworks and firecrackers unsupervised. 7. 提高孩子的自護自救能力，教育孩子發現火情后不得擅自撲救，應及時撥打“119”火警電話，報警時要講明詳細地址、起火部位、著火物質、火勢大小、被困情況等信息。

五、取暖安全 Heating Safety

1. 冬季使用電取暖設備，要從正規渠道購買合格產品，嚴格按照使用說明，與可燃物保持安全距離。

When using electric heating equipment in winter, it is necessary to purchase qualified products from legitimate channels, strictly follow the instructions for use, and maintain a safe distance from flammable materials.

2. 使用煤爐、炭火取暖時，要注意通風換氣，不要緊閉門窗，謹防一氧化碳中毒。

When using coal stoves or charcoal fires for heating, ensure proper ventilation and do not tightly close doors and windows to prevent carbon monoxide poisoning.

3. 冬季使用暖風機、電暖氣等設備取暖時，要及時清理周圍可燃物，切勿將衣物覆蓋在取暖設備上烘烤，同時禁止孩子亂動，以免造成燙傷、觸電等事故，出門時、睡覺前請不要忘記關閉電源開關。

5. 熱水袋、暖寶寶等取暖物品不能直接貼著皮膚使用，以防低溫燙傷。

六、游玩安全Safety During Play

1. 出行前要提前了解途經地、目的地天氣，合理規劃旅游線路和時間。盡量避開低溫、雨雪、冰凍等惡劣天氣，做好防寒保暖措施。

Before traveling, it is essential to understand the weather conditions of the places you will pass through and your destination in advance, and plan your travel route and schedule accordingly. 2. 外出旅行到公共場所時，要第一時間關注安全出口，講秩序、不擁擠，服從指揮，謹防發生踩踏事故。

3. 家長應為兒童選擇正規、安全的活動場所和娛樂設施，了解活動場所的安全設施配備情況、安全標識和必需的救護設備和器材等，不要帶孩子滑野冰。

2. 勿讓孩子獨自在家，并教育孩子不要給陌生人開門，提高防騙、防盜、防搶意識。

3. 教育孩子不要用手指或任何金屬制品(如鐵絲、釘子、別針等)去接觸電源插座內部，也不要用濕手觸摸電器。

八、網絡安全Network Security

1. 網絡詐騙手法千變萬化，但萬變不離其宗，請各位家長和孩子一起牢記“三不一多”原則，即未知鏈接不點擊，陌生來電不輕信，個人信息不透露，轉賬匯款多核實。

The methods of online fraud are ever-changing, but no matter how they evolve, they all follow the same basic principles. Parents and children are advised to remember the "Three No's and One Verification" principle: do not click on unknown links, do not easily believe strange phone calls, do not disclose personal information, and always verify transfers and remittances.

2. 家長也要注意保管好自己的手機、銀行卡等物品。不要將手機銀行、支付寶、微信支付等賬號密碼信息告知孩子，以免孩子受騙后進行大額轉賬匯款。

九、飲食安全 Food Safety

1. 假期當中家長要鼓勵孩子以正餐為主，減少零食攝入;培養孩子定時定量、細嚼慢咽、均衡膳食的好習慣，避免挑食偏食和暴飲暴食。
